2 Nephi 24:16 - 24:20

2 Nephi 24:16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and shall consider thee, and shall say: Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms?

Satan will be seen for what he is: a man with little ideas and a loud manner which did stir up the wicked but now has no power among the righteous.

2 Nephi 24:17 And made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof, and opened not the house of his prisoners?

His net effect was to make the world a scary place to live on. Cities were made ugly and not a very nice place to live on account of the wickedness of its inhabitants. The righteous were persecuted and their lives made miserable.

2 Nephi 24:18 All the kings of the nations, yea, all of them, lie in glory, every one of them in his own house.

And the leaders of nations that let satan influence them now are without regard and are no more thought of as great.

2 Nephi 24:19 But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and the remnant of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcass trodden under feet.

And those that supported the wicked kings of these fallen cities will suffer the same fate as their leaders. They will also be look upon as useless as a dead body that only needs to be disposed of and removed because it is ugly to look at.

2 Nephi 24:20 Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land and slain thy people; the seed of evil-doers shall never be renowned.

They will not go to the same place in the spirit world where the righteous go, but will be where no one really admires them anymore.
