2 Nephi 29:11 - 29:14
2 Nephi 29:11 For I command all men, both in the east and in the west, and in the north, and in the south, and in the islands of the sea, that they shall write the words which I speak unto them; for out of the books which shall be written I will judge the world, every man according to their works, according to that which is written.
God is the God of this entire world. He speaks to all on the earth wherever they may live on it. And God always commands that they record whatever God speaks to them. It will be from these books of scripture that God will judge the world. For He will say did you not have these words and how well did you comply with them?
2 Nephi 29:12 For behold, I shall speak unto the Jews and they shall write it; and I shall also speak unto the Nephites and they shall write it; and I shall also speak unto the other tribes of the house of Israel, which I have led away, and they shall write it; and I shall also speak unto all nations of the earth and they shall write it.
Therefore God will give scriptures to the Jews, to the Nephites and to other of the tribes of Israel wherever they maybe. Even nations that may not be of the tribes of Israel such as people born before Jacob was born will also be given scripture to write as well.
2 Nephi 29:13 And it shall come to pass that the Jews shall have the words of the Nephites, and the Nephites shall have the words of the Jews; and the Nephites and the Jews shall have the words of the lost tribes of Israel; and the lost tribes of Israel shall have the words of the Nephites and the Jews.
And in due time the Jews will have the Book of Mormon and the descendants of the Nephites will have the Bible. Soon the lost tribes of Israel will have the Book of Mormon and the Bible and the Jews and Nephites will have the writings of the lost tribes of Israel. Everyone will know about everyone else that has ever lived on the earth not matter how far back in time they lived and of who we know nothing about or even of their existence.
2 Nephi 29:14 And it shall come to pass that my people, which are of the house of Israel, shall be gathered home unto the lands of their possessions; and my word also shall be gathered in one. And I will show unto them that fight against my word and against my people, who are of the house of Israel, that I am God, and that I covenanted with Abraham that I would remember his seed forever.
As the house of Israel is returned to their lands of inheritance, all the scriptures that have ever been written will be made available to all people. It will truly show all the world that God really did make covenants with Abraham and is going to keep them. And those who are trying to thwart God’s efforts to keep His covenants will suffer.
