2 Nephi 22:1 - 22:6

2 Nephi 22:1 And in that day thou shalt say: O Lord, I will praise thee; though thou wast angry with me thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.

In these days, the house of Israel will know that the Lord has done this. They will now know that the Lord has always had them in mind and worked unceasingly to bring them the gospel even when they had turned their backs on God.

2 Nephi 22:2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid; for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also has become my salvation.

They will realize that the Lord had the truth all the time and He is the one who was their strength. They were not the strength to themselves. The Lord was caring for them even when they thought they were taking care of themselves.

2 Nephi 22:3 Therefore, with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

They will now come to Jehovah to get the truth that will bring peace and happiness. They will learn what they need to do to have peace and happiness throughout the eternities.

2 Nephi 22:4 And in that day shall ye say: Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

In will plainly evident how the Lord has been the guiding force in their history and they will see that all that was done to them was done for them to bring them to salvation.

2 Nephi 22:5 Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things; this is known in all the earth.

All the earth will in fact see what the Lord did for the house of Israel. No one will be ignorant of the marvelous way His has guided Israel even when she had totally turned their backs on the Lord.

2 Nephi 22:6 Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion; for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.

After one see just how much in control Jehovah is in this world, one should continuously give Him praise and acknowledge that He was always doing what was best for His children on this earth.
